As a Member of Congress committed to fiscal discipline and empowering America's entrepreneurial spirit, joining the New Democrat Coalition was a natural fit. Through my efforts with the New Dems, I am able to best represent my constituents and the hardworking Americans in the middle by promoting public policy which values results. In matters such as financial policy, I am able to work with my New Dem colleagues to create responsible financial institution reform which protects our national interests as well as the interests of American families.
